I’m featuring in Leicester Art Week!
From Mon 8 Oct – Mon 22 Oct, three of my Every Body paintings will be featured in Art at the Chapel as part of the Creative Lockdown exhibition which is part of Leicester Art Week. Leicester Art Week includes over fifty exhibitions in over twenty locations around Leicester that will be showcasing events, exhibitions and experiences hosting the works of hundreds of artists.
I will be exhibiting No. 174, No. 29, and No. 319 from my Every Body project to represent the series and promote body positivity and self-love. I have chosen these three pieces as they represent diversity in body types and have such incredible stories – including surviving breast cancer and recently having a double mastectomy, surviving sexual assault, and learning to love your body and turning it into art through some stunning tattoos!
